Christiane

Christiane is from Germany, where she grew up and went to school, except for one year spent at a high school in the United States. She studied Business Administration with a major in Controlling and Marketing-Management at the University of Applied Sciences in Erfurt, Germany. While she was in University, she worked in Marketing and Public Relations at an international solar energy company. Through that work experience and her final studies in Global Branding she developed a strong interest in marketing communications. In 2008 she completed an internship in Costa Rica in order to experience a foreign working environment and a different culture, and to improve her Spanish skills. In 2010 she joined the Marketing Department and the Student Service, as the contact person for German-speaking students, in Intercultura Sámara Language School. She also gives german classes for the Sámara community. Christiane loves to travel and the sharing of cultures and languages. Through her travels in Cuba, Mexico and Central America she developed a passion for Latin America. In her free time she likes running on the beach, surfing, cooking and Latin Dance. Christiane speaks German, English and Spanish. Now she is refreshing her French Skills with Intercultura.
